# Support access

> How Gliss support can look at diagnostics, only when you allow it.

Gliss support cannot reach your cluster. To help with a problem, support asks for a **support access grant**: time-limited, read-only access to diagnostics, which you approve. Diagnostics are redacted, and you choose whether they may leave your account at all.
